FAQ:
Q:  Can I use the PIN I received when I setup the account?
A:  No...You will receive a new Challenge PIN every time.  Whenever the system is asking you to enter the Challenge PIN, it also just sent you an email or text message with the PIN (depending on the option you chose during setup).  You will need to go and retrieve that most recent PIN.
Q:  I closed out of home banking to go retrieve the PIN in my email and it won't work.
A:  You can't close out of home banking...you need to minimize the screen and then go to retrieve your PIN in your email.  Once you have your new PIN, maximize the home banking browser and enter the PIN.
Q:  I just checked my email and I don't have an email from the credit union.
A:  Check your spam/junk folder.
