FAQ:
Q:  Can I use the PIN I received when I setup the account?
A:  No...You will receive a new Challenge PIN every time.  Whenever the system is asking you to enter the Challenge PIN, it also just sent you an email or text message with the PIN (depending on the option you chose during setup).  You will need to go and retrieve that most recent PIN.
Q:  I closed out of home banking to go retrieve the PIN in my email and it won't work.
A:  You can't close out of home banking...you need to minimize the screen and then go to retrieve your PIN in your email.  Once you have your new PIN, maximize the home banking browser and enter the PIN.
Q:  I just checked my email and I don't have an email from the credit union.
A:  Check your spam/junk folder.
Q:  What if I choose not to receive a Challenge Pin with every login:
A:
  • On a computer, once you login with your password and challenge pin, you will be prompted to either click on Authorize Computer or Public Computer. Authorize Computer is for your home computer. Public Computer would be used for any other computer such as a motel computer or a computer at work. If you Authorize Computer, and login to that computer at a later time, you will only be prompted for your password. If your computer has deleted the cookies, then you will be sent a challenge pin and need to Authorize Computer again.
  • For Mobile Banking, once you login with your password and challenge pin you can now check the box to Authorize Device. If you Authorize Device, and login to your phone/device at a later time, you will only be prompted for your password. If your phone/device has deleted the cookies, then you will be sent a challenge pin and need to Authorize Device again.
Q:  What if I choose to receive a Challenge Pin on every login?
A:  Simply click on Public Computer on a computer or do not check the box to Authorize Device on your mobile device.
